Kiga Ref

Here is his adorable fiancé Chi:



So this is Kiga, he is part Karelian bear dog (my favorite dog breed ever) and part Akita. He was raised primarily by his father and older brother after his mother passed away from a heart condition. He's a dog of few words around strangers, and people tend to profile him as a silent brute, when he is actually very chatty and warm once you get to know him. The love of his life is Soichiro, his fiancé, whom he has given his heart to. The two run a bakery, lovingly named "Gay Cupcakes." Kiga does the majority of the actual baking and has a great sense of knowing what something is going to taste like before even tasting it. Chi does all the decorating and frosting because Kiga is a bloody failure when it comes to being artsy.  Besides Chi, his other passions include pulp horror novels and survival games and he is an avid Tranformers fan and though he normally keeps to himself in public, if he hears someone talking about one of his interests, he will invite himself into those conversations. He's very doting with Soichiro and likes being close to him all the time, holding hands (in human form) or leaning against him as they walk. Since Chi has his own health concerns, Ki is constantly looking for ways to make Chi's life less strenuous and physically taxing without Chi knowing, since Chi would feel he was being treated as a weakling. He wears various necklaces and neckwear including scarves, a spiked collar with a Decepticon tag, bandannas and sometimes a camera, if he's traveling to a new place. Silly helped me organize the ref sheet, making it look infinitely better. She also came up with the awesome bakery name

His name is pronounced Key-guh
Chi calls him  Ki, Kiki or Cupcake
Their official ship name is ChiKi
He is immensely strong and used to go hunting a lot with his father and brother when he was younger. Now he no longer hunts because he doesn't like killing things.
He is pretty well rounded in his knowledge except for math, which is why he lets Chi handle all the money stuff
He has a bunch of gauges and switches them out constantly, sometimes more than once in a day.
